Exodus 12:10

"Don’t eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted with fire; with its head, its legs and its inner parts."

Key Reflection

This instruction emphasizes the importance of complete devotion and thoroughness in worship. By requiring the lamb to be fully roasted—head, legs, and inner parts included—the passage symbolizes the comprehensive nature of God’s commandments and the total commitment required from His people.
