Matthew 13:49

"which, when it was filled, fishermen drew up on the beach. They sat down and gathered the good into containers, but the bad they threw away."

Key Reflection

This verse metaphorically describes the process of separating the righteous from the wicked. Just as fishermen would sort their catch, keeping the good fish and discarding the bad, so too will God distinguish between those who truly follow him and those who do not at the end of time.
