Isaiah 29:7

"She will be visited by the LORD of Armies with thunder, with earthquake, with great noise, with whirlwind and storm, and with the flame of a devouring fire."

Key Reflection

This verse envisions divine judgment where the LORD of Armies will intervene with overwhelming natural phenomena—thunder, earthquakes, storms, and fiery destruction—to signify His wrath and retribution. These apocalyptic signs foreshadow both punishment for sin and the ultimate purification that precedes His restoration and salvation.
