Jeremiah 15:10

"She who has borne seven languishes. She has given up the spirit. Her sun has gone down while it was yet day. She has been disappointed and confounded. I will deliver their residue to the sword before their enemies,” says the LORD."

Key Reflection

This passage depicts a mother who, after giving birth to seven children, experiences great sorrow as they all pass away, symbolizing Israel's repeated failures and loss of faith. The Lord promises that despite this disappointment, He will deliver what remains of His people into the hands of their enemies, illustrating the severity of their spiritual condition and the consequences of their disobedience.
