Verse 10. And delivered him, etc. That is, restored him to liberty from his servitude and humiliation, and raised him up to high honours and offices in Egypt. Favour and wisdom. The favour was the result of his wisdom. His wisdom was particularly evinced in interpreting the dreams of Pharaoh, Ge 41. And he made him governor, etc. Ge 41:40. All his house.
