Jeremiah 10:13

"God has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens."

Key Reflection

God's creation of the earth, establishment of the world, and stretching out of the heavens through His power, wisdom, and understanding would have deeply resonated with Jeremiah’s original audience. For them, these acts affirmed that God was not just a local deity but the sovereign ruler over all existence, emphasizing His omnipotence and divine nature in a way that challenged idolatry and reinforced faith in Yahweh as the true Creator.
