Ezekiel 16:32
"in that you build your vaulted place at the head of every way, and make your lofty place in every street, and have not been as a prostitute, in that you scorn pay."

This verse contrasts the idolatrous practices of ancient Israel with those of a prostitute who at least accepts payment for her services. By building lofty places and setting them up prominently in every street, Israel showed no such restraint, instead elevating false gods to a central role in their lives without any cost or consequence.
