From the Scholars: Barnes' Notes

I will abundantly bless her provision -Margin, surely. Hebrew, “Blessing I will bless,” a strong affirmation, meaning that he would certainly do it; that he would do it in every way; that every needed blessing would be imparted. The word rendered provision is a cognate form of the word inPsalms 78:25, translated meat: “He sent them meat to the full.” It properly refers to food for a journey, but it is applicable to any kind of food. The original idea is that of food obtained by hunting - as game, venison:Genesis 25:28;Job 38:41. The meaning here is, that God would provide abundantly for their support. I will satisfy her poor with bread -I will give them what they need.
