Matthew 7:11

"Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent?"

Key Reflection

This verse illustrates Jesus' point that even evil people can recognize and provide good things. If an evil person can avoid giving something harmful like a serpent when asked for a fish, how much more will God, who is infinitely good, provide what is truly beneficial to those who ask Him.
