Ezekiel 6:10

"Those of you that escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken with their lewd heart, which has departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the prostitute after their idols. Then they will loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations."

Key Reflection

These verses speak to the spiritual consequences of Israel's exile, highlighting that those who survive and are scattered among the nations will remember God with sorrow, recognizing how their hearts turned away from Him towards idols and their own practices led them astray. This remembrance will bring about a profound sense of shame and regret for the sins they committed.
